Through the hard times 08/31/04

Its the most difficult of times that we need to exercise compassion for each other. We need to face the heat and the rain and the unexpected for many in the team are not extremly fit and well rested. It is when morale are low and it seems hopeless that leadership and vision of cages and compassion needs to be always present starting from our heart and realising that we have an incredible team and dream. We need to take stock, reflect, forgive and move on to know that mistakes are made and we can learn to be a better person from each other in spite of near sightedness.

I wish you could bring it across your team. Remember, Cages challenges, compassion creativity in all of us. The question is can we have it.
